When was the last time someone in power asked for your voice - your ideas, your vision - for shaping this country?

For 250 years, the Constitution has decided who holds power, and who is left out. The People’s Bill of Rights 250 reclaims it as a living document owned by the people. Across differences and divides, everyday Americans will deliberate and decide the rights that should be added to define our shared future.

We are not rewriting the Constitution - we are building on it.

And, this isn’t symbolic - your voice will directly shape new constitutional amendments. If you believe, as we do, that democracy only works when people rise together, then this is your invitation.

  • Americans unite online, to hold national discussions on what we - the people of America - want our country to stand for.

  • Together, we listen, deliberate, and identify common ground on what matters most.

  • In the open, we transform shared values into shared rights, crafting new constitutional amendments from real consensus.

  • We present these rights to the entire nation, asking if they belong in our Constitution.

  • We champion them as the People’s Bill of Rights 250 and fight to ratify them through Congress and statewide referendums.

We are asking Americans Questions—Not Telling Them the Answers.
